Send a listing to the Jerusalem offices by fax, e-mail or post with the information requested in 'a-c' below.

After receiving confirmation from the Jerusalem offices, please include copies of the inventory inside your parcel(s):

a. WHAT IT IS MADE OF?
Information regarding what each item is made of: Israeli Customs requires an official Production Certificate for each item due to commercial trade agreements. (available from medical suppliers)

b. WHERE IT WAS PRODUCED?
Information regarding where the item was produced: Possible taxes incurred (up to 12%) on certain items dependent upon in which country they were made.

c. MANUFACTURERS / DISTRIBUTORS CATALOG?
Catalog(s) from the companies which produce the items would be most helpful for the Customs Authorities.

d. MEDICAL SUPPLIES MOST NEEDED:
American Red Cross FAMILY-PAK #4001 (or similar set)
Bandages & Gauze Pads w/tape (all sizes - sterile & non-sterile)
Blood Oxygen Level Check Kits & Blood Pressure Kits
Crutches & Wheel Chairs & Walkers & Canes
Emergency Survival Blankets (for hypothermic conditions)
Emergency Light Sticks
First Aid Kits & Dry Emergency Packs
Hospital Use Only Sheets/Blankets/Pillows/Towels
Burn Unit Cold Packs
Sugar Level Testing Kits
Surgical Gloves/Greens & Surgical Prep Items (sponges, etc.)
Oral Thermometers
Water Purification Kits
Hospital-Clinic Equipment & Furniture
IV Bags-Lines (Empty)
Blood Sample Vials w/caps
Over-the-Counter Pregnancy Test Kits

2. CLOTHING:

a. Please carefully sort and pack only clean, good quality clothing. Any price tags, etc. should be removed ahead of time.

b. No shoes, please - shoes do NOT qualify as used clothing with Port & Customs Authorities.

c. In addition, household items, fabric, yarn, jewelry, bedding does not qualify as used clothing when coming in bulk quantities.

d. The above items in points b & c may be hand carried into Israel by those coming with tour groups.
